Phillip joined our team in September of 2018 with more than 30 years of experience in construction, including management positions and electrical work within the coal mining industry. He is a Project Manager.  He also oversees the industrial team contractors and coordinates with clients, working with us to make Twin's industrial division top-notch. Phillip has numerous federal MSHA certifications, including Underground and Surface Electrical, he also has Underground and Surface Mining certifications in Virginia and West Virginia as well as many other certifications, including but not limited to, CPR and First Aid and surface foreman certifications.
